I’ve purchased and item and have changed my mind, can I get a refund?

If you would like to cancel your order please call (03) 5604 3368 (between 9am – 5pm) for a full refund.
If the order has already been posted we offer a 7 day change of mind policy.

What is the return/change of mind policy?

The purchaser must return the item, unused in its original condition with the original packaging and within 7 days of receiving the item to receive a refund for the cost of the item. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

How long does it take to process a refund?

We will reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them. If the item has not yet been posted it will take 4–5 business days. It may take up to 7 days after we process the return to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing time. If the item has been posted the item will be reimbursed in 4 to 5 days after receipt of the item unused in its original condition, with the original packaging. What is the policy for late/non-delivery of items ordered online?

All orders are sent using Australia Post, in the event of a purchase not arriving we will work with Australia Post to help you find your item.
