Cancellation Policy
If you would like to cancel your order please call (03) 5604 3368 (between 9am – 5pm) for a full refund. If the order has already been posted we offer a 7 day change of mind policy.
Change of Mind Policy
The purchaser must return the item, unused in its original condition with the original packaging and within 7 days of receiving the item to receive a refund for the cost of the item. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Product Warranty
All items have a 90 day manufacturer default warranty. The manufacturers warranty does not include normal wear and tear or damage caused by mis-use. Damaged items/parts will be replaced with new
